Once purchased lenses cannot be exchanged or returned due to health and hygiene reasons, unless the lenses have a manufacturing fault, in which case you must first inform us via email: sending photographic proof of the unopened/sealed item within 7 days of receipt of the item. Following this the item must be returned to us, in order for us to inform the manufactures and request a replacement.

We offer no refund simply because you change your mind later, so order carefully.

When an incorrect item is dispatched to you by Kannai Lenses, ensure you do not open it and contact us within 7 days via email: providing us with details including the order reference number. Once the item is returned to us and we have received it, we will issue you an exchange or refund.

Full refunds will be made when no specific product or products are available.

Pre-order items are none-refundable, therefore read product description carefully as timescales are stated.

For unclaimed deliveries, you may have to pay a handling fee to cover return shipping.
